Q. Why is it that owner operators are still getting paid close to what hey were being paid for hauling a load when the cost of everything as gone up so much and continues to go up. The diesel is sky-high yet independent truck drivers don't demand they get a higher rate for what they haul? What's up with the truck drivers not doing some thing about it? Unite Truckers...Truckers you all know the cost of repairs and how everyone wants to take a bite out of your pie and wants to leave you with crumbs... Why Why Why... I to hope that they united and that they get paid what they should be getting paid it is under paid and all the truckers should be more united like in all the other industries.
