Are parking tickets issued by state Universities enforceable by the state or can I just forget about it?
Q. I recently received a parking ticket from a Washington university and I was wondering, are these tickets enforceable by state law or can I just blow it off? I should add that I am not a student and the car is now on the other side of the state.

A. Many Universities will withhold grades, diploma, and prevent you from registering for the next semester if you have unpaid parking tickets. Because most universities are run by the govt, the tickets can be enforced by local authorities. Either why in order to do anything at that school now you have to pay (they can also refuse to transfer grades if u want to move to a different school)

A. Used cars have traditionally been much, much, much lower in metropolitan areas. Used cars in rural areas are very high. I do all my car shopping nation-wide, so I'm just making it up. On new ones, nothing matters compared to the depression in prices that exists around Detroit. The dealers there don't even advertise anything higher than employee pricing. You can lease a brand new car in Detroit almost for free. $2500 down and $0 a month for 2 years, no kidding. Then they send it somewhere else that cars aren't so cheap after the 2 years. You have to have some kind of connection to an employee or a supplier employee, but it's really sickening how cheap they are there.
