The second one is easily the better (except for the lack of operating system) but WAY overkill. You seem to have gone for the absolute best options, but there's no need for most of it: -Unless you have a monitor over 28", and want to play Crysis 24/7 at max settings you don't need 2 GTX 295s. -You could easily go for the Core i7 920 for like $700 cheaper, and overclock it to the same speed as the i7 975 with ease. -Rather than get 2x1TB drives in RAID 0, get an SSD drive (which is MUCH faster than a RAID 0 array) for Windows and programs, then a 1TB drive for Movies/Music/Pictures. -12GB of RAM? No way you need that much. 6GB is more than enough, unless you encode HD videos all day. You won't notice any performance increase from 6-12GB. Okay, here's the lowdown: Recently I joined the Navy and do not ship out until August, I'm trying to get that date changed to soon after I graduate high school (in May) and am currently on the job trail seeking new positions. A Wendy's near me is hiring and I put in my application. I would really like the shift manager's job because they're really looking to fit that bill and I feel I would be really good at it. I know it's hard work and I know it will take much training, but I could really use the money before I ship out. I've worked for McDonald's under the same owner/operator for about a year and they were thinking of making me manager before I left due to scheduling issues. They told me when I turned 18, they'd talk with me about… [cont.] Asked by 11X -- 07/21/2009 - Wed Jan 21 21:43:17 2009 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. I think you will have a really good chance at the Wendys shift manager job. Your Mcdonalds exp. should put you above the rest. Try to talk to the managers personally and maybe even stop by there to check your status. Good luck in the Navy! Answered by anniedm89 - Wed Jan 21 22:51:34 2009 Will peanut poisoner be prosecuted? Q. Stewart Parnell is President and CEO of Peanut Corporation of America, which has knowingly shipped salmonella-tainted peanut products which have killed 8 people so far. But he turned a good profit: "Parnell had the experience and management skills sought by the Georgia plant owner, and the two formed a partnership. Parnell and his new partner have tripled the revenue in the Georgia plant in the three years since. That plant, Parnell said, is profitable for the first time in 15 years." tonalc - "FDA: Plant Knowingly Shipped Out Tainted Peanut Butter" "To the salmonella outbreak now -- there are reports this evening that Peanut Corporation of America knowingly shipped out products with salmonella.
