Get off in Mabini (tell the conductor you are going to Anilao). From mabini, you can ride a jeepney (usually for hire) to any of the resorts. The bus company is monbus not Arriva. Buses for Finisterre depart Santiago de Compostela bus station at 9am, 10am, 1pm and 7pm. The trip takes a couple of hours. Check the online timetable (Horarios) for more details remembering to enter Fisterra as the arrival or departure point (not Finisterre). I didn't check whether tickets can be bought online, but I do know that you can get them at the Santiago Tourist office at 63 Rua do Vilar, and at the bus station itself.
